MicroNav Array

MicroNav Array

The MicroNav Array is a grid-pattern sensor component used for menu control, location identification, gaming or pressure sensing. It is designed to gather information pertaining to the location or pressure applied by a user's fingertip on a mobile phone or other handheld device. Easy integration with host processors, availability of a variety of graphic overlays including metal film, and unique shapes and sizes make the MicroNav Array application especially designer friendly. The MicroNav Array exhibits a decrease in output resistance with an increase in the force applied to the device surface and is more appropriate for qualitative rather than precision measurements.
