Bluetooth Technology

Bluetooth has become a popular short-range wireless standard that enables fast, 2-way wireless communication between devices.  Interlink uses Bluetooth in situations where 2-way communications between the device and the remote control is necessary.

Radio Frequency (RF) Technology

In many ways RF communication is the ultimate solution for remote control communications. It offers greater range than IR. It is omni-directional and allows the control of devices in other rooms. The global acceptance of 2.4GHz RF makes it the best choice for most of our OEM customers. Interlink specializes in 2.4GHz RF technologies.

Infrared (IR) Technology

Receiver technology is the key to superior IR performance with standard IR communications. Interlink offers receiver chips with state of the art noise filtering and support for up to four IR demodulators for maximum reception angularity. These receiver chips support serial, USB, and PS/2 output, with the ability to route signals to the projector/display and host computer appropriately.
