ID Integration

Rendering
Interlink Electronics’ solves engineering and manufacturing challenges by integrating the latest in 2-D and 3-D rendering, visual modeling, and simulation technologies. Augmenting the design process, we collaborate with our customers to enhance the quality and optimize the cost-saving from designs. CAD technology expedites the design evaluation processes. Interlink uses all forms of basic media adapted for conversion to our CAD database where they can be reused for the creation visual models. 

Visual Modeling
Foam models provide a quick three-dimensional view and feel of a newly designed component. Interlink also utilizes Stereo lithography (SLA) modeling (the most cost-effective combination of speed, accuracy and detail), to create finished or unfinished prototypes.  Appearance models (urethane castings created from SLA masters) can be functional or non-functional and show extreme attention to detail. Finally, Interlink offers (Mold-flow) analysis to provide design solutions that lower tooling costs, shorten time-to-market and ensure that manufactured parts will meet design specifications.
