Health Insurance. Interlink Electronics provides two medical insurance plans, a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan that provides access to doctors and medical services through a provider network and a PPO that allows employees to either choose doctors outside the service network or from the PPO Provider Network. Employees and their eligible dependents can select the plan that best meets the needs of their family. Life Insurance. Each employee at Interlink Electronics is provided with a life insurance plan that will pay up to four times the employees base salary, up to $500,000. Dental & Orthodontics. At a minimal cost to our employees, we provide two dental insurance options. Employees can choose either a DHMO plan that allows them to select a dentist from a participating network or a PPO dental plan that makes it possible for employees to continue to use their own dentists—even when they are outside the service network. The DHMO plan is designed to minimize out-of-pocket expenses. back |
